Health Triangle



Health is the combination of physical, mental, and social well-being. Health means to be fit in all three aspects of our lives.



This is illustrated by the health triangle, it is important to balance all the three sides of the triangle equally.





Physical Health

- bodys ability to function

- exercise, nutrition, diet, sleep, weight management

Mental Health

- how we think, feel and cope with daily life

- learning, stress management and mental disorders

Social Health

- reaction with people within our environment

- public health, family relationships and peer relationships

The health triangle is a big part of everyone's life and is a basic outline of how healthy a person is. It is important to have a health triangle so that we can change our before its too late.
